In continuation of hearing in the case of Clement Osuya and Stanbic IBTC Bank holding in Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal located at no 4, Danube close Maitama Abuja, the Claimant, Mr Clement Osuya has no objection to the application filed by the defendant for amendment of the statement of defence.
The Defendant, went further to adopt his preliminary objection on jurisdiction found in pages 5-9 of statement of defence, and submitted that the Claimant’s suit was incompetent and should be dismissed or struck out. The Claimant also adopted his originating application filed 25th November 2022 and led his witness who affirmed and adopts English language. The witness statement on oath filed 25th November 2022, adopted as Evidence and Exhibit A-E was admitted in evidence. Examination in chief concluded, cross examination taken and concluded. Re-examination also taken and concluded.
Claimant closed his case and matter adjourned to 21/3/23 for confirmation of hearing.
