Barrister Festus Amobi Agama serves as the Acting Chairman of the Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal (CCPT). With an illustrious career spanning several decades in legal practice, adjudication, and regulatory compliance, he brings unparalleled expertise to the Tribunal's leadership.

Under his stewardship, the Tribunal is steadfast in its mandate to adjudicate complex market disputes impartially, uphold the tenets of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA), and decisively protect Nigerian consumers from exploitative practices.
